Saturday was a big day at our house!!! It started with Isaac getting his 1st haircut.... I would've let it continue to grow shaggy and let his little curls in back continue, but Joe insisted...He thought it was starting to look a little too much like a mullet! I held out until he was one, then I decided to give in! He did so well, he just sat there, not one little fuss the entire time.... He looks as handsome as ever, just so much older :( That's why I was holding out!
Then Saturday afternoon we had a double birthday party for the boys.....Brennan's b-day is the 24th of this month and Isaac's was the 4th... Brennan was all for sharing a party with his brother which made it a little easier for mom and dad!! We had a lot of fun.. We are so grateful to have so many friends and family able to share the celebration with us! Brennan and Isaac are blessed to get to grow up with all of their cousins aunts/ uncles/ great aunts and uncles, grandparents, great grandparents....etc etc.!!! They are definitely used to large family gatherings!!!! We had lots of fun thanks to everyone who was able to come.......Now we have to figure out where to put everything... the playroom definitely needs a thorough clean out!!!

I"m so sorry we couldn't make it. We didn't want to give the boys our fevers for their birthdays, or send them home with the other kids as party favors!
Looks like you had a wonderful party and sorry we had to miss it but I do have A/C NOW!! YAH YAH!! Saw Susan at church and she said it was fun and Isaac wasn't to sure about his cake at first!!
Happy birthday boys! After seeing the picture of Brennan and his super hero toys, I think he and Braden will be good friends! I'm all for combing b-day parties too!!!
